I'm probably whistling Dixie here but if the "DEAL" is waiting on BTD and if IPIX gets it,don't PR it.Just finalize the deal.Shorts and manipulators probably expect news around or on the date of the IBD conference but if the term sheet is finalized before hand,THEN PR getting BTD and let Non Retail short and sell into it then later in the trading day hit them with the "REAL" news of the DEAL and burn them to a crisp.
