I may have incorrectly used the term as it pertains to a legal status; however, if one has no money, one is bankrupt. Sure if you dont have debt then I guess you dont have to file for bankruptcy legal status and liquidate shares and all that stuff, but you still are out of money and have to cease operations until funds come in. I really dont expect that to happen, but that is still a risk for IPIX no matter how optimistic things are looking on the science end. I hate having these thoughts, but I'd be foolish not to consider the possibility of IPIX running out of money to the point of closing the doors. Anything is possible.
