Could they be currently formulating it with different dosages so that the toxicology trials could run 3 or 4 arms to see at what levels, if any, K becomes to work differently as to systemic buildup or other negative pharmacokinetic properties?

If they are checking out CROs, they definitely must have a pill ready to go IMO.
