The most definitive document that is in existence is the Definitive 14C filing, which suggests 20 days from Sept. 26. Because MMEX uses non-standard calendars, no one really knows, because that could put the split execution between 10/23 and 10/25, depending on business or calendar days, and when the referenced clock actually started to tick.
The statutory requirement is FINRA's acceptance, and the split has yet to appear on the FINRA Daily List.
Perhaps a query to the company itself, and its stellar mismanagement team is in order.
