I'm wondering what this JV would mean for our relationship with the US Army.
This is certainly technology that could be deemed to impact national security. And this is definitely an acquisition by a foreign person.
Wonder if they plan to do a CFIUS filing?
If cleared by CFIUS, we'd have the green light to enter into deals with the US Army. If not, the entire transaction could be at risk (even after it closes).
