If the Cycolides thing is true , I would guess it's because Cycolides couldn't "man the job". Remember soon after Utopya and Cycolides were announced as working together, Cycolides start posting help wanted ads in Android software and the like that was speculated to be for Utopya. Those ads have been on going for months and months, so makes me think they couldn't adequately provide Utopya's needs. So , then Utopya moves to Meline' s group for assistance. Just my guess.
