Ian is one of the founders of Utopya so it doesn't surprise me that he is listed as the CEO of Utopya (which is a subsidiary of the parent Company ANDI where Donald Keer is the CEO). How much control does Keer really have when he was hired by Ian/Jason? As far as the twitter Identifying Utopya's Executive Board Members, someone on that board has already verified their position, so it seems to be a legit listing. Obviously the information was not supposed to be released yet, but it does prove that ACI has been communicating with the Utopya folks. As a matter of fact, I'm not so sure ACI is out of the picture yet. I think there's more to that story. Hey, some may not like one of ACI's tweets released prior to close a couple weeks ago, but I think ACI would do things differently if confronted with the same situation that Ian put ACI in. I guess we will all find out soon enough. As far as Ian, the guy seems like an idiot when it comes to running a business. Arrogant if you ask me.
