As mentioned- I am a peacemaker and mediator in both my personal and professional lives. Time to move on from this IMO- JM's just a guy that lost some money and is pissed about it/feels he was misled or snookered. Maybe he was, maybe he wasn't- but a lesson to all that choose to listen- if you play in this OTC swamp, you will get misled and snookered- only way to survive is to know the signs and best protect yourself as you can (and be prepared to lose 100% of your "investment"/bet every time). Maybe I've been misled/snookered/scammed here, maybe not- If so, I'll say "shit that sucks" once and then move on. I've made plenty of $$s on scams, and I've lost plenty- all part of the game.
