Celgene paid $710mm for an IBD drug that had QUESTIONABLE phase2 results.
They also agree to $800mm milestones payments and 25% royalties.
The drug failed at interim P3.
Well Our Phase2a results aren't questionable and we got pictures to prove it!!!
Great move doing the endoscopes b4 and after.
Leo would not do an IBD deal now unless it was an offer he couldn't refuse.
IMO 1 of those CDA's stepped up to the plate with a HUGE offer.
We should know shortly..
