Not to my knowledge. Merck CEO Ken Frazier has a long-term working relationship with Univec CEO Dr David Dalton. Our partnership as far as I know is between the two companies at least for now. But who knows what Dr Dalton has up his sleeve as he says this once in a lifetime opportunity is even bigger than he once realized!
