BobMorgan, mikeyt1818 gave a good explanation on Health Resources. It is owned by Dr. Dalton-he said it will be used as a distribution network but not roll into the other companies. Why I do not know but he must have his reasons. But it will be very helpful distributing our products. I am sure he has a plan. He is not a selfish person so dont think he is trying to pull something off to be greedy. He will be a billionaire with or without Health Resources. Just one of many reasons he was invited to serve on Agrmeds BOD, then Vice-Chairman then Co-Chairman.
