$NXEN - Look at the S-1 that was filed on 6/7/18, you'll see that a "realistic, available float" is closer to 1.25M.
All of the initial investors own 16.6M shares, but 15.3 million remain locked up/restricted.
The CEO has 2.25M shares & COO has 1M. You know they're not selling.
