I think I figured out why they issued the pr on Friday at the end of the day- MER has their annul shareholders meeting in Israel on Sunday (tomorrow) so they must have wanted it to be out there before the meeting.

I think MER needs us as much as we need them. They have until Nov. 5th to regain compliance on the Nasdaq- that's 2 weeks from Monday.

I think in the pr, it was rushed to get out. The last paragraph was probably written by Gerald or someone else on staff, hence all of the typos. Hopefully a more complete pr will be out soon with an overall corporate update.
