With BTD for OM it will get to market lickity split and with ZERO competition plus a HIGH demand for an OM preventative drug that's an EZ to use rinse and spit the 1st year sales will ramp up very quickly($300mm+).
B-OM will OWN the OM market so this BP will pay a pretty penny for OM in this deal.
IBD will be much much much more.
