My speculation of MFO is selling is based on the same logic as Aspire was selling in this post.

While I don’t have evidence of Aspire selling every single share, I can prove they’ve sold more than 40M shares since 2012 (still no Schedule 13G).

Just like this time, I was criticized by you and others for saying Aspire was selling each time. Once I know the MFO has converted more than 5% of the OS, I’ll have proof of selling if no Schedule 13G is filed.
Unlike Aspire, the MFO could short then convert at a lower price to cover those short positions. If the MFO isn’t selling and the longs aren’t selling (according to Alan), who do you think sold almost 5M shares at or near 52-week low this week?
