True, but when they lay dormant like this all interest is gone.
When a few folks start loading the boat "accumulating" trying to revive this thing for manipulation etc. then you will see some kind of pop until then we lay "DEAD" unless Bill actually gets something accomplished and I don't believe that will happen at this point.
The only pop this thing gets is when somebody gets it dropped to .000001 then somebody will pop it back to .0001 then dormant again.
So in a nutshell I wouldn't expect to see a bowel movement for an extended amount of time unless the CEO does something which at this point is unlikely, the only ones that will get it moving are the MM's just to flatten it again.
