Disagree "hostile takeover". It'll be a greenmail scenario once our IP is proven legally airtight. That is the blood in the water those deep pocket sharks (TPG, Cisco,SingTel, Thales) are waiting to smell. Once they catch that scent It'll be a shark feeding frenzy, aka bidding war, with SFOR in the cat's seat. It won' t be a hostile takeover as much as it will be an auction; the crown jewels of SFOR IP going to the highest bidder among that wolf pack, IMHO.
