Information about the store
Applicants do not have to commit to buying or leasing a location before submitting an application.
However, applicants must have an arrangement that will allow them to purchase a property or sign a lease if they are approved for a licence. Other property arrangements, such as a sublease or a property in the name of one of the applicant's business partner’s, may also be accepted.
The store's property arrangement must be valid for at least 12 months after the licence is issued.
During the application, the applicant will need to submit the following pieces of information about the store's location :

I don't think CEO would pay so much upfront if this was not real. It takes times, look at speed of agencies above. Soon does not mean a week in this context.
