I think it safe to say the Stadelmans have funded Mexus for many years - I find reference to loans back in 2009 and they have done it quietly and behind the scenes.
If and when this gets off the ground we'll have Francis Stadelman of Bandon Oregon to thank first and foremost.
The loan does have a conversion provision but it's in friendly hands and I don't expect shares to be converted as they were drip, drip, drip by prior convertible loans.
