It seems that most here would prefer to hold on to the "court decision could be anytime" reference, in hopes that it will be sooner than later. However there are of course the devil's advocate type that would prefer to hold on to the "Mark said possibly not before February" reference.

Reality is that we don't know for sure, and it boils down to "is the glass half full, or is it half empty"! We can discuss "ad nauseum", as to which date it might be, but it is all speculation/individual perception, until it happens, at which time we will all set aside difference of opinions, and CELEBRATE!!!
