(OTCQX: MERR), today announced that it was retained as capital markets advisor to Vapor Corp. (OTCBB: VPCO) (OTCQB: VPCO). In this capacity, Merriman will advise Vapor Corp. on various matters related to increasing shareholder value, including expanding the institutional shareholder base, increasing trading liquidity in Vapor's common stock and evaluating an upgrade to OTCQX.
