I am OK with February as well! Reasonably speaking a court date in imminent!
We might be surprised how soon it will be! It's out of everyone's hands , but we are 4 months from when filed so we are close to getting that date in court.
But the judges will have thoroughly read over the briefs and will more than likely already made a decision on the case, with just a few if any questions to be answered orally by lawyers.This case is a connect the dots case with 3 dots lol
We will have enjoyed a big PPS pop from Revenues well before then. So the wait wont be so difficult.
