I agree with you. Scotty is definitely walking the line of defamation but is very careful with his phrasing. I would bet that Leo could get him if he felt like committing enough lawyers to it.

And I say that as a huge 1st amendment advocate and someone who has run out of patience and faith in Leo. I think the man means well but this past year has been a disaster. I'm praying this deal goes through with a large enough upfront payment to clean up the mess and make this thing foolproof again.
