There are several top traders in ECOX holding the cheapest shares.
Plenty of people know about - around the time of the r/s there were 600 views here and I get 200 to 400 per day on 2 posts.
I also have a large network of Twitter followers who will be alerted to updates.
As stated in the DD, the majority of legacy shares are held at .6 and above - including the shares bought by President and his funding partner.
