I have learned what works for me in these downtrends is to find something else to watch in my investments. Psychologically, when you see a downtrend in your favorite stock it is easy to want to do something about it and when it doesn’t reverse immediately, it can be frustrating. I have noticed that as soon as this downtrend started I began trying to grow other investments while waiting this short term disappointment out. It has lead to me having zero doubt about my SFOR holdings and remaining as excited as ever and looking forward to the upcoming marketing and STO, lawsuit progress, and revenue deals. In the past when I dwelled on the downturns it was more difficult to stay focused on being a long. That’s my opinion on that and bring on the marketing
