I'm reading some unhappy posts because management didn't follow up satisfactorily on small deals the posters had set up. Here's the way I see this. Management has two tracks going. A big deal track (Mexico, major domestic distribution, etc.) and a small-deal track (online direct sales). Any deviation from this will be a problem. A million start-ups have gone under because management lacked the discipline not to chase after every opportunity. We'd be wasting time and energy to go after nickels and dimes when C-bills are waiting for us. Congrats to management for maintaining a healthy focus and not spreading themselves too thin.
