Yep, he's a genius all right. He knows how to milk investors. Sell them stock and then dilute the stock by issuing himself stock at no cost. Find a new investor. Sell them stock. Then dilute again. Old investors call it "toxic loans". It's a scam. We are all suckers. Make a million with one thousand dollar investment. When it drops, we buy more hoping to recover our loss. Repeat a dozen times. Before you know it you have blown $100K. More forward looking PR's, New investors and new markets are opening up. We are driven by greed and fear.
