I think the series A which I believe were added in July were probably in preparation for a private placement which in turn would have likely lead to an IPO. If they are no longer going to be issuing stock, than it seems like they may be doing the "business combination" or some other type of partnership. Either way, I take this as a sign that some kind of progress is being made. I'd be interested in hearing what others think.
