Yet another new bidder - outbidding others - at .19 with a large (for this low floater) of 20K - 20M in old money.
Ask back to only 2500 at .2887 and estimated less than 10K left under .3+ break.
Profits from other Watch List runners over the past few weeks might just get applied to the ECOX ask soon to get the base into the .3 > .6 range before the first update or 2018 Q3 whichever is first.
