A note specific to Mark Kay about when he updates us shareholders based on the information that he is hearing from his Channel Partners that re-brand their products. SFOR is just like any private label manufacturer that re-brands their products to their customers. The Channel Partner may be adding their own guarantees, meshing SFOR technology with other technology that is either their own or another company's, etc. Thus client contracts are NOT SFOR contracts but Channel Partner contracts.
Why do I mention this?
Because Mark already knows big contracts are signed and done. He could say "they'll start producing revenue when they start and the PPS will take of itself. Whoever benefits at that time will benefit. I'm not going to update anyone".
But he hasn't. He is trying to keep us in the loop even though he knows that He, George and Ram are close to becoming multi-multi-multi millionaires. He cares about those who have been loyal to SFOR through all of the hard times. He has no reason to mislead us but has every reason to be as trustworthy as possible. Why?
He is the face of SFOR as CEO to the following industry players:
Steve Cooper - former CIO of the Dep. of Commerce & Homeland Security
Scott Schoeber - Leading Cyber Defense Expert
Billion dollar Lawfirm partners that have significantly integrated into SFOR's future fabric: Blank Rome and Ropes & Gray
Clients & Partners such as Microsoft, McAfee, AON, Bank of America, TPG Capital, ACS, etc.
Mark possibly has Billions to lose by not being honest so when he says that we're very close...pay attention.
It will be worth it.
