the LinkedIn profile that has connections to Loon also mentions they were general counsel at Alcatel-Lucent in its past.. I recognized the name alcatel Lucent from Jason steinberg's 'interests'.. this is all speculation but alcatel Lucent is very interesting to say the least.. they just won a big virtual reality award last month.. here's just one article about them
