E*Trade now has the information needed from the Transfer Agent to break out replacement shares for pre-r/s legacy holders into individual tax lots to enable profitable trading from the bottom up if desired.

Before a few clueless morons undercut the ask slightly at .1600, it had been trading at .2000 representing a 33% profit for anyone who previously had .0004s and was able to select them.

For those who don't have cheap shares to trade from the former .0001 (.05), .0002 (.1000), .0003 (.1500) or .0004 (.2000), the time to buy on the ask is now before those that sold to get a tax loss on their higher cost basis shares before the r/s end their 30-day wash sale liability period around November 11 (they must not buy back cheaper than they sold within 30 days or they lose the significant tax benefits - 35% for whale traders earning $200K > $300K per year). After that, we can expect those that got cash out (like me) to buy back many more shares than they had previously but now at a much lower cost basis.
