In California, state and county delays had an effect on LEGITIMATE grow operations like VBF Brands (SIGO), working hard to be fully compliant as regulatory and tax guidelines kept changing. Bootleg operations have had a field day, but the hammer will be falling on them as those guidelines are finalized and new laws are enforced. Legitimate operations like SIGO will get their wings and their profits will soar. Shouldn't be that much longer IMHO.
