Great post. From what I have seen the $25 million acquisition price, Fusz and SC income, and outside attributed value is used to price value of Company times X. I don't know if Odoo or future contract values can or will be figured in. Under $4 is too cheap. I would say $8-$10 min. Just my opinion. Our current pps is irrelevant for we are using other Company income plus Fusz. We meet other misc requirements.
