News is out, SGSI scored a 5 million dollar bank line of credit using receivables as the asset!!!
Share printing days look to be over. Huge rally 10 bagger once the next news hits, of 10-Q earnings, third company bought and S-1 filling for Nasdaq Uplist.
Recent high after the R/S was $4, and $1 at the 200:1 R/S is only .005 pre split. 2017 high was $6 post split basis.
Only 1.5 shares OS other than the Directors shares.
Float is .75- 1.0 Mil shares!!!
Trading at .61-.95 last few days.
