I agree with your estimated time frame. I think we could be waiting on one of two things: FDA or FINRA. I was told that the DEA decision to reschedule CBD and approve Epidiolex was the #1 catalyst that we were waiting on to proceed. Things must have really been set in motion a couple of weeks ago and I think we will start seeing filings and an 8K in 2-5 weeks. I really do believe it will be before Thanksgiving barring any more annoying bureaucratic issues.
