Kgem, as you well know, I am a penny-ante trader. Never even owned a NASDAQ stock, so this is all Greek to me. Guess I will learn as we go, but it sure sounds exciting. I think I am correct in that the stock must trade at a minimum PPS, which is like 4-5 dollars. Blows my mind, but I trust what you guys who know.....
