Ever since Rory mentioned uplisting I've given this a lot of thought. Oh, probably 6 months of thinking. I've seen other companies on the OTC release great news and the sp goes down. Yeah that's right, down. Why?
That's a rhetorical question. The OTC is made up of mostly traders. If I was mean I would say flippers or people without jobs. Buy on the rumor, sell on the news. Yeah, we get it.
Now let's say nFusz has a 44 magnum of great news. 5 or 6 great announcements!
Do you waste them on the OTC hoping the traders all of a sudden keep holding. Fat chance.
Or do you uplist and release the news to investors, institutions, etc. I know what I would do. I am 100% certain what I would do. I would not waste a shot on the OTC. Odoo proved that out and that deal is huge, even bigger than Marketo and Oracle in my opinion.
