In the business world unless contracts bind you to one product would you only sell one software/mfg's product? My answer is no.
If ACI has a contract that states they can only sell Utop products then it would make me change my mind about them tweeting the problems on Fri. I concider them stupid for doing so, the change in mind would take it to absolute morons.
