After receiving the phones on Wednesday, the excuse was that the wrong ones were sent and that the correct ones would be overnighted. As of Friday afternoon there was no tracking #, and no plan or time frame to correct their mistake. One of Utopya’s managment team gave ACI the go ahead to put out the tweet.
ACI’s timing to reveal this wasn’t the best, but is there anytime good to receive news like this? I just hope, for all of our sake, this is just the beginning and not the end.
