It will all be done and the news will literally blow away the market. It is not insider trading if you have a team of guys doing incredible DD together and getting a little help from some outside sources that do not work for UNIVEC.
That idiot claimed to hold 9 million shares yet all he did was publicly bash his own investment and insult fellow shareholders. That would make him either a masochist or a moron. Or perhaps he sold all his shares and wants a drop in PPS to load up again for another flip? Either way you look at it he has no morals, ethics and he's lacking in the IQ department imho.
