I can try to find the link this week, but a RS on the way up can be a good thing. A lot of companies RS on the way down which gives RS a bad rap and it rarely solves the root issue. If your company sucks, doing a RS isn't going to change that.
The problem some companies have when RSing on the way up is they don't have the goods. They RS and uplist thinking magic is going to happen but yet they may be years away from having an actual product
Companies that do have the goods can RS, uplist, wait for the short attack and drop the MOAB.
