I asked and have not yet received word about FDA approval. I was told that the DEA decision to reschedule CBD and then go forward and approve Epidiolex was indeed the catalyst that we were waiting for. That means according to the big chief we are right on the precipice.

Since this will be a medication covered by insurance and not a corner dispensary shop as I have been predicting for months btw, I would assume it needs FDA approval. Since we are working with a big pharmaceutical partner and the fact that Dr Dalton publicly mentioned the patch today we either have an approval or are on the verge imho.
