Let's hope this situation gets rectified. Donald Keer's letter to the shareholders said they were working on certifying the phones (getting FCC approval), so how & why would Utopya promise to send "real" phones to one of our Distributors, ACI, if they were still being certified? Is the certification process completed? Instead of sending "real" phones to ACI, why does Utopya send more "test" phones (remember, ACI already had test phones). Something is not adding up here.
