Mo, you think the MFO will convert all $10M into Class A shares at once and I respectfully disagree. The best way to make a point is to provide some credible sources. I provided sources on what preferred stock financiers are most likely to do to reduce their risk. That doesn’t mean this particular MFO will do the same. I do DD on both the positive and negative aspect of this financing deal so I know what IPIX is dealing with. I mentioned the negative aspect for those who might not know and I don’t care if it’s considered FUD here.

You think the Bloomberg article is shady and I respect your opinion. I would love to read some articles which support the opinion of MFOs going all-in and hold long-term from the beginning. I’m open-minded and always want to learn more. I shared some examples of VC term sheet because I couldn’t find one similar to IPIX’s situation. My purpose was to show what usually happens after the term sheet is signed. I’m sorry that you think it’s FUD.

Some here have never criticized Leo once when the stock went from ~$5 to 16 cents, not even after no milestone was met and no explanation was given. To me that’s not natural. I simply mentioned the negative aspect of preferred stock and I’m labeled as a fake long. I welcome anyone to PM me for proof of my 300K shares starting from 2011. I’m not going to let defamation of my character stand without defending myself.
