I would not say that Rory is overly humble. He knows he is a rockstar at what he does and I believe that a very large portion of his success comes from the confidence he exudes.
He’s the new lion in this CRM industry. King of the jungle if you will. I could tell he wasn’t overly humble when he said months ago they just jumped over any company humming and hahing over signing up and moved on to the next in line. He knows he’s the best.
He demands respect and this is why the OTC doesn’t work for his style. I like these qualities in a leader. No room for second guessing or even pretending to not want the spotlight. He is full bore straight ahead and I like it!
