Frrol and wsbc on the other board think the deal won't happen until after the FDA meeting. If that is the case why did Leo wait all this time to even ask for a meeting? If that is the case I would have done separate deals. Why wait for OM end of meeting for IBD deal?

I hope this is not the case or we will be waiting til December for a deal and this stock will take a bigger beating.
