Compare the "tingling" side effect of Brilacidin that only a few people had, which was transient and quickly reversed, to the really horrible side effects that other antibiotics have. Those other antibiotics can easily kill someone.

And remember that was only for the ABSSSI trial -- which indeed is a very painful condition. There were NO significant side effects from the UP or OM clinical trials, as there was almost no systemic absorption.
