OTCMarkets provided the basis which they believed that DigitalAMN was allegedly engaged in stock promotion; consequently, resulting in DigitalAMN’s profile page receiving a ‘Stock Promotion’ flag. As the CEO mentioned in his statement to shareholders, he and management were confident they had absolutely no involvement in facilitating ‘stock promotion’ for DigitalAMN.
