This board is extraordinary militant, ask any critical question and you are immediately shot down and get numerous thumps down.

Not really inviting to any new investors, who I am sure would like to have a real discussion about the current state of affairs, and might seek answers to some worries they have in regards to this recent financing or other company related issues.

Getting rid of those worries might intice them to buy more shares, which I am sure everybody wants.
